Mission

Ça suffit is for people who are suffering from sexual fantasies towards minors. Our mission is to provide support services to reduce the emotional distress experienced by these individuals and to prevent sexual offences.

Values

The values adopted by Ça suffit are the guidelines for the work of each and every volunteer, but are also the skills with which we help our clients.

Confidentiality

Ça suffit is there to listen in complete confidentiality, respecting professional secrecy.

Open-mindedness

Ça suffit is there to be empathetic and non-judgmental in what callers have to say.

Ça suffit is committed to giving the callers all the consideration they deserve in order to help them deal with their sexual problems, whatever they may be.

We adopt a positive approach based on the healthy living model, i.e. you are seen as a responsible partner in your process.

Inspired by the “Stop It Now!” helpline established in 2002 in the United Kingdom, Ça suffit is its Quebec adaptation. Stop It Now! UK was founded thanks to the Lucy Faithfull Foundation, a child protection charity dedicated to preventing child sexual abuse. The Ça suffit team worked with Stop It Now! UK to provide a French version of their content.
